Scratch Bakehouse

I found Scratch Bakehouse through Syracuse Vegans on Facebook. I was so pleased with the freshness and tasty chickpea sandwich also the delicious vegan cookies. This will definitely be a regular place for my lunches. Excellent customer service. Theirs also an outside area to eat.

Truly one of a kind bakery! If I want some really good fermented bread fresh from a bakery: Look no further! Their Chocolate chip cookies (Vegan) are addictive! I look forward to the day you can walk into such an independent business such as Scratch Bakehouse Bakery and NOT see a Mask on those who work there?! As many of my Yelp brethren have reported, I confirm that this is not a sit down cafe. You walk in, you approach a counter of goodies, you place your order, get said goodies and leave with an urge to dig into everything right when you get into your car. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is the aroma. I want them to somehow capitalize on this scent by, IDK, making it into a candle or bottling it.
