He wanted a shamrock shake and I was told the machine for the shake was being cleaned and it would be an hour wait.First...what manager cleans machine during lunch rush?. I would hope to believe that machine was broken. If not.. manager should be ..talked to.. I wasted time and gas money.Manager;.. MANAGE...Get on the ball.

As a health care professional the restaurant smelled like C-Diff as soon as I walked in and out. A restaurant shouldn't smell like that, ever.
Waited multiple minutes for someone to even get to the microphone (7:30pm, 2 cars in the drive through) the window chick was obnoxious and rude, interrupted me multiple times during my order, and spent about another 5 minutes switching places/chatting with a coworker while I waited for my change, probably the same reason I had to wait for her to push the button on the headset to take my order. Vanilla Milkshake I was served tasted like cleaning chemicals, I would know as I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before. Crispy chicken sandwich I was served had obviously sat out for a while, staff too lazy to fry new ones. Sandwich was completely soggy, the breading on the chicken was a room temperature mush. The chicken itself was like rubber, it flossed my teeth when I could actually sink them in. Threw the milkshake away after a single taste and the sandwich after 3 terrible bites. What a waste of money, neither are “cheap” items. I used to work at a McDonald’s, easiest, simplest job I’d ever had, if the window people are this rude and the kitchen staff are this incompetent, the place might as well get an entirely new staff, didn’t seem like anyone cared about their job or the customers here. Waste of money and overall disgraceful service.

I used to work at this sorry excuse of a food joint. We all know McDonald's is garbage food but these people have no work ethic. (Probably why they're still flipping burgers) When my order on door dash was ignored for an hour straight I called them asking if they were busy. I was answered by an absolute childish manager telling me they weren't busy. I then asked if they made food. She said "yeah we make food" and went silent when I asked "just not when people ask for it" I was met by her putting me on hold. Bottom line I'm just dumbfounded that making burgers and fries that are pre cooked is a difficult job for some people. Imagine living in Indonesia carrying mass quantities of salt up and down mountains for just enough money to feed your family. While a couple over paid, lazy pot smoking degenerates refuse to do their job over entitlement entirely. Liberals Everywhere apparently. I get better customer service when I ask my two year old to bring me his cup so I can fill it up.
