I've been to white rabbit three times and every time seems to get progressively worse. Today we went in and ordered a brownie with ice cream and a crepe with ice cream. The brownie was incredibly dry and seemed old. The crepe was good, but I requested to substitute strawberries instead of banana that comes on the item. When we got the bill, I was charged $3 for the strawberries. I politely asked if they could just do an even swap for the bananas, and they told me that any extra toppings or substitutions would be charged.For a dessert that's already $20.75, charging $3 to substitute a fruit for another fruit is absolutely outrageous. It's just simply not worth the cost of their food and now they've lost two customers over a silly $3 charge.

Really great desserts! Definitely get one of the waffle sundaes because the Belgian waffles are amazing. I was afraid it wouldn’t live up to the advertising but it surpassed all expectations. Jack, our server, was also terrific.PS These desserts are the size of meals. We were happy we went in hungry and not after eating a meal first!

A fantastic place! Full of drinks wonders! We tried the Nutella milkshake! It tastes rich and magical. The decorations are so Instagram vibes! The menue was full of nice things.And the service is extra and beyond! The server greeted us with a smile. She answered our questions and she helped us to choose. I am so coming here again!

A nice spot, decorated very bright and fun, with friendly service. The desserts in my opinion left a bit to be desired and were somewhat overpriced. We had the dolce and banana crepe and the chocolate lovers cake, both were just ok in my opinion.
