Every time I have asked for extra cream cheese and have paid the extra money for it, it is never put on my bagel. Also, I thought bagels are supposed to be cut in half, I noticed this location doesn't do it so I ask for it to be cut in half and once again, it never is. Get a new sandwich station employee!!
I love this store! All I can request is you guys make SURE you train the new employees to only use a drop of the unsweetened flavors! Instead of a squirt of it it makes the coffee wayyy too strong! I understand though how things like this can be misunderstood it’s a common mistake
