Ordered food for lunch and decided to try someplace different than the usual places. While the delivery was fast and courteous, the food I got was not all the correct food I ordered and I also got a surprise. First the sub - Lots of meat, 2 pieces of cheese and just a blip of mayo. I like my subs oozing mayo so I had almost none on the sub after I removed the tons of lettuce and onions. The American deli is a corner store deli on 9th Street in Troy. It serves the whole neighborhood breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just about whatever you'd like to have. They are very accommodating there, if it's not on the menu, and they have the goods, they'll make it for you. Prices are average. Sandwiches start at five bucks, but they have delicious dinners too!
