My 1st time at this location across from HVCC and my last.The toasted chicken sandwich was sparse for ingredients and not cut in 1/2. I noticed that when I got to the table. The tomato soup was "meh" (nothing that Campbell's couldn't have made) and the baguette was so dry even the soup couldn't make it edible.The booth was uncomfortable because of the cracked plastic seat and the a.c. was too high for a damp and rainy day.I had no interest in any dessert after the disappointing...read full review

I drive through here almost every single morning. Danny knows my order so well that when I had to order delivery today and forgot to add a bagel, it was included anyway when it arrived! ? The food is good and feels more healthy then most places, the sip club saves me money and if we take my 2 year old daughter there when it's quiet every employee we have interacted with has been very welcoming. Also the sourdough bread loaf is really good, it compares well to most bakeries.

The manager on duty for 8am-9am was incredible! Our doordash order got messed up and changed with anothers and she had her caterer personally redeliver it to us, we couldn't be more ecstatic! Best panera in the area, thank you to the team! I wish I caught your names because I'd be crediting all of you, thanks again!
