“Have frequented Motus on previous occasions as pre show place to have dinner. Reminds me of the NYC Midtown restaurants. I had the trout dinner which was one of the best fish dinners I've ever had. The broth fully complimented the trout. Highly recommend Motus.“
“My go to place in Utica. Whether I'm there on errands or if I just want great, fresh Italian food, Daniele's always delivers. I never get there any later than noon because I'm always afraid they'll run out of their incredible pork bracciole. I love this place and wish my dad was still her to go with me. BYOW.“
“Best restaurant in the Utica area, hands down. The corned beef special was the best plate of food I have had in a long time. The meatloaf was wonderful. A great restaurant is one that does everything, even the little things, perfectly. The Tailor and the Cook is just that sort of restaurant. The bar staff and serving team were wonderful. Appetizers were amazing. Just a great experience.“
“Thank you for a delicious meal and nice quiet atmosphere. But a HUGE thank you to the maître d for coming over to our table, pulling up a chair, and holding our 9 month old who decided she no longer wanted the high chair so we could enjoy our delicious dinner. Thank you for your kind gesture! And of course thank you to our waitress Ruthie, who is always great!“
“I love Court Vue Luncheonette. I went there to give their burgers a try and let me tell ya, the cheese burger I had was the best. It tasted like homemade. Juicy and flavorful. The same homemade flavor of the hamburgers I ordered back when I was a kid in the line at the baseball concession stand on a beautiful summer day. The flavor of the burgers at family cookouts when burgers used to actually have flavor without putting anything on them. The fries were delicious as well. Next time I'm ordering a double.Go to Court Vue Luncheonette and try their burgers. They are phenomenal. ?“
“My favorite spot to go to lunch, the staff is always welcoming and the service is top notch. Probably one of the only places I’ve been to that has FAST and friendly service. I just wish they were open long enough for me to get dinner as well?“
“We arrived at Marr-Logg around 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday. When we arrived, we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by a server. We took our seats. There were plenty of booths and tables to choose from. They appear to have three rows of booths with tables in the middle of the aisles, allowing them to accommodate a large number of people at once. I was concerned that if the restaurant was small and we arrived at 8 a.m., it would already be crowded, but this was not the case. Our server informed us that she would be the only server for a short period of time until more servers arrived. It is unusual for the server to give you a heads up, so we appreciated her doing so.I ordered the standard fare of two eggs, juice, home fries, bacon, and Italian toast. The server asked if I wanted soft or hard crust Italian bread; I had no idea what the difference was, and she said she preferred the hard crust; it's a "East Utica thing," so I went with her recommendation. The toasts were delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the texture was fluffy and delicious.I prefer my home fries deep fried, but they only cook them on the grill, so I requested crispy potatoes. My potatoes were not as crispy as requested, but they were perfectly seasoned and cooked throughout (not hard, as if it hadn't finished cooking), so I didn't mind. The portion was neither too small nor too large—it was just right and filled me up! It is usually hard to get full with breakfast food, but I left satisfied! The prices were reasonable.I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast! ??“
“Really great spot for breakfast! I love the 50’s themed decor in the diner and love that they host car shows in the summer. Their breakfast menu is very large and there are a lot of great options. Their pancakes are very fluffy and delicious and I really liked how perfectly crispy my bacon was. The free refills on the coffee was also an added bonus. The breakfast specials on the front of the menu are very large, so bring a big appetite if you are trying to clear your plate!“
“I always love this restaurant. It is a gem. A couple times a year I ride the Amtrak train to the station and have a nice lunch date there. The food is consistently very good.I would have rated the service a 5 because it is usually very good. However, on this day they closed early, without warning, to prepare for Valentine's Day diners.? We had to take our dessert to go.“
“Good food but for some reason there credit card machine decided to charge me $40 extra and wouldn’t refund my card. Gave me the option of a gift card or come in to get the cash. We are in business and it’s very easy to refund anyone’s card not sure why the person on the phone was making a big deal about it saying it couldn’t be done. Food was good but thought that was a hassle.“
“I ordered the 2 full trays raspberry pork tenderloin as an appetizer for a party. They were a hit. People kept coming back for more. Unbelievably delicious. They could very well be seved as an entree. And they were delicious cold.i "caught" people going into the fridge and helping themselves. Also the raspberry dressing is not overly sweet. Just perfect. I wish I had a photo to post.“
