I've been there a few times, the most recent time I went there was three cars in front of me. It took 21 minutes to get through two cars with one more car in front of me after 20 minutes I gave up. .The time before there was also a 10 to 15 minute wait. For a fast food restaurant that doesn't seem acceptable. I hope those were just a tough days. The food if is good when it arrives.
Waited about 10 mins at the order kiosk, 1st in line. Someone peeked out the backdoor when I said hello thinking machine broken because monitor was off. Customers inside. No body started taking orders so I left. Aware of staffing shortage... everyone's entitled to lunch and breaks. Put a sign or something understand if that's the situation.

Food is never fully cooked. Staff is miserable. There will be no one in the restaurant or the parking lot and you will still wait FOREVER to even have anyone acknowledge you at the drive thru. DO NOT EAT HERE.
