“Great local brewery in the Syracuse area. Very busy on a Saturday evening. With the weather being so great, a band playing- the venue needed more than two employees or a different bar system. Maybe even modify the building to have a bar window. The team was nice. Service was just slow with the crowd. Liked the farm aspect. Enjoyed the outdoor space.”

“Great little bakery with awesome sweets. First time here, stopped last evening for cinnamon rolls and they were sold out so we bought some cookies and they were great(so big we ate 1/2). Went back this morning to get the rolls and there was a short line. Donuts, carrot cake, cinnamon roll with PB frosting... everything looked great, prices are really reasonable and the staff so friendly.”

“Great sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a toasted English muffin. The sandwich normally comes with scrambled eggs, but I ordered mine with a fried egg over medium. The partially runny yolk added nice moisture and taste to the sandwich. The coffee was definitely better than you find at most diners. This was my first time eating here, but I'll be back to try other items from their menu. They are located just east of Westvale Plaza on Charles Ave.”

Every one was friendly and helpful.The scallops were sweet as they should be,hubby's 2 pc fried fish was really great and plenty,he ended up taking it home and air fried it the next day, potatoes were real mashed potatoes. “This was a real treat for me. I was in the area for a Dr's appointment and it was my first time in town. After the appointment I needed something mild for my stomach. I found this place on Google, stopped in to check out the menu, and ordered some Chicken Pho. It was super tasty and available as gluten free. The woman who waited on my was very nice and checked in on me several times, which I appreciated very much. The bonus was some vintage music playing which seemed very relaxing to me after a stressful morning and mid-day. THANK YOU!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free”

“A beautiful building in a quiet remote location just a few minutes from Baldwinsville. My first visit here was for a Mardi Gras show by the Soda Ash Six. They had a special menu of cocktails, apps and mains for the show. I ordered a spicy rum cocktail to start, along with the Oyster Po Boy sandwich with fries. I asked for garlic aioli instead of ketchup for no upcharge. Everything was perfectly done. I finished with a blackberry gin based cocktail for dessert. I would easily come here again.”

Here are my reasons:1) Time Management + Customer Service: I believe the time it takes to be served after placing an order is crucial in any restaurant. I'm not suggesting service should be as quick as a fast food chain's, but I've often experienced extremely long waits, almost an hour, especially in diners during weekends. Since my visit was on a Sunday morning and the place was full of customers, I was concerned about a possible long wait. However, our welcoming server, Deanna, quickly took my order and kindly recommended options as I was contemplating among several choices. To my surprise, I received my food within 5 minutes. I was impressed and realized this efficiency was possible because all staff members were handling their responsibilities professionally and promptly. Therefore, I was very satisfied and wish to praise their professionalism.2) Food: Naturally, food is also a crucial factor in evaluating restaurants. I tried the ‘Biscuit Bowl,’ which includes biscuits, eggs, potatoes, and bacon with a special sauce. It was delightful. The dish was neither too salty nor too sweet, striking a perfect balance. Several other menu items looked enticing, and I'm eager to try them next time.Overall, I'm thrilled to have discovered this place and to see everyone enjoying their meals. “My breakfast was steak & eggs. Usually, when I go to diners, the steaks are thin and tough. This steak was thick and properly cooked. I opted out of home fries and replaced it with fresh cooked spinach. With two poached eggs, everything was delicious. My server was Alisha. She had a pleasant disposition and was very attentive. “Stumbled upon this quaint restaurant the other day and I had to leave a review on the best server I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, Tony!The one lace was packed but I came alone for a quick bite because I was on my way to a meeting but Tony came up and got me a spot at the bar. As I’m looking at the menu we polite palaver and he suggest a some dishes, listening to him changed my life!!! When my food came out he noticed me about to pray over it and he stops he saying he knew I was in a rush so he blessed it while it was being prepared! This man was a god send. One might call him the Anthony Bourdain of the front of house.”
