City Cellar is a great place for a casual dinner or date night dinner. Ambiance is nice and service is attentive. We’ve been coming here over 10 years and dined many occasions.When we went a few days ago they changed the menu and got rid of New York Strip angus steak. We were disappointed so ordered something new.Our favorite is Truffled Mac and cheese with lobster. So much lobster meat! The waitress made me wait too long to order 2nd drink....If she got more come to my table, I definitely gave them a 5 stars.This time was my friend birthday so I don't want to disturb the party.. Just waited until she noticed me...And if this isn't my friend birthday I gave her very small tip...2nd time visited here, and I still like the place ?
