Came here for dinner. I hadn’t been to this location in a while. We got seated within five minutes. We came at 6 on a Saturday. Just in time to beat the dinner crowd. I got the half rack of ribs with fries. My fiancé got the short rib quesadilla, ribs and chicken fingers with corn. They did forget a couple of things, but they ran and got it for us quick. Haven't not been there since we were invited to the pre grand opening of this establishment for the menu tasting and training of staff many years ago. We got a gift card this year so we gave it a try. We had steak fajitas and the steak was almost impossible to chew. The steak was a skirt steak ( inside skirt ) outside skirt is more desirable but if the other is slice the proper way against the grain instead of with the grain it becomes half way desirable peice of meat. I like the 'crispy/dry' type chicken wings, I appreciate they offer dry rubs, sauces have too much sugar for me. Not the best quality chicken but okay. Inside of chilis, also its not possible to order without combo fries :{
