It seems that I have repeatedly been prompted to review Majestic Diner, of which there are seemingly two on Long Island. That said, I must start out with a slogan with 5 words. "LAWN GILAND" DINER FEATURING ABBONDANZA There is a silver lining in some clouds and this was the silver lining on an overnight stay in this area using points for lodging. We live nearby, and they use to be known as a really good Diner; but our recent order first put me in shock with the cost. We ordered 3 burgers, two were specials, and they asked "with fries", so I said yes; figuring they just came with the burgers. Suddenly it all came to 70.01 And once we got it open at home, the fries were terrible. overcooked. Fries were 9.55 each order, for three, you add it up.
