After peak of covid and while other retailers are closing in this dated mall in White Plains, the cinnabon is still serving customers and kudos to them for just doing that. I've been avoiding sweets for awhile now but when my daughter was craving for rolled ice cream I thought that store is still here but it was kinda sad that they too fell victim the effect of covid to US economy. Love this place. The customer service is top rate, the buns are fresh and delish. I get mine with no icing, so I call it in, and they always oblige. They have carvel ice cream too, which you can have on your bun if you'd like, and pay for. Highly recommended place
Conveniently located in the Galleria Mall. The spot is clean and well kept. Service was quick and the dessert was amazing as usual. I love the fact that they are always warm and gooey and fresh. I would definitely go back to this Cinnamon.
