Needed something to eat while I was headed to harrison. This panera came up on my GPS and I was more amazed on the inside of it. So bright and clean, the place is spacious. A Panera looking like this should be sitting close to 4.5 and above and if not...What seems to be the problem? I see too many reviews on poor customer service. Genuinely, the manager at this location just made my night. I originally ordered delivery on grubhub for my sick partner at home to which the driver apparently picked up and kept? Claimed the restaurant refused to make it which they very much did not. Just a total headache. So I called and explained I would be coming in to place the order again and grab it myself.
