Out of date, washed up and in need of some change. Their food is a hit or miss. The garnish used on some dishes are so unlatching and out of style you'd think you're being served in the 70's. Been here before, know what to expect and will be back again because it's not THAT bad, and it's definitely not THAT good either. It's just something to walk in and not have high expectations. I hadn't been back in a few years, but I stopped in twice recently. the footprint has been reduced, but the menu still features all the items that make NY diners great.there is a new young lady waiting tables on the weekday morning shift. She is a delight.
