Visited New York from Florida to go to a funeral in Yonkers. This Applebee's was the only restaurant within the immediate area of the hotel. THIS Applebees DID NOT REPRESENT YONKERS NEW YORK VERY WELL TO OUT OF STATE VISITORS! I was in a SMALL party of 4 peopleLocation was great, the building was aesthetic and nice-looking. Once a year every year I give this place a shot. Every time I've come here, it smells terrible, seats are falling apart and they will shift as you're sitting, The food will come out cold, and the service is absolutely atrocious. You can sit for 15 to 20 minutes and not have somebody come and ask you if everything is right or even take your order when you first get in. Came here for lunch, I had a blondie and sampler, food was okay. The cheese sticks and boneless chicken were not hot. Also the waiter was nice however she was uncomfortably close with pointing her fingers at food on my plate. I thought it was very distasteful . I would dine here again.
