Love the quality of the baked goods made by Carolina. Have been going to her bakery for many years, and the dominican style cake and frosting (suspiro) is delicious. Have yet to find another bakery in Yonkers or nearby that can compare to the flavor of the dominican cakes and fillings. Also, my family loves to get the individual desserts of flan and cheesecake. Today I received my Domincan Heart Shape birthday cake..dulce de leche filling and it was so delicious and fresh. Truly recommend this place. There Flan is also delicious and the tres leche cake and i had previously.
