“This place may look somewhat run down, but don't be fooled. The food is good and the service is friendly. It's worth a visit for some nice takeout.Parking: Street parking can be sparse, depending on the time of the day/week. But the (metered) municipal parking lot at the corner of Lockwood Ave. is very close.“
“I visted Tasty House on 9/30/23. I purchased a sesame chicken with brown rice combination plate as well as a pint of broccoli in garlic sauce! I also had chicken wings, which were plump and juicy. The food was delicious and their staff is always friendly, no matter how busy they might be.“
“Actually amazing. I'm a chef down in the city at a Michelin place, and this was the best Chinese takeout I've had in awhile.I peeped their ingredients and everything was fresh. Bright green veggies, even the scallions that the cooks garnished on the plates. The meat didn't have the typical freezer burn taste.Even the rice was plump as if expertly cooked in a fancy overpriced Manhattan place. The service... The solo cook was handling everything but took the time to even clear a table for my group among the boxes of supplies and hand delivered all the food. Even asked if everything was ok.When I asked for hot sauce, he gave me the legit chili sauce you find in Chinese supermarkets. This is the type of place that is a regional hidden gem. I'll be submitting this place to the times and nymag, as I would def come back again if in the area.“
“I have been purchasing food for take away, and dining in, at East Harbor for over 15 years. I tried my best to support during the pandemic and eat here at a minimum of once a week, if not more. The service is great and you get a good amount of food for the cost. I have never had a bad experience, and if anything they might go above and beyond, unexpectedly. It's got lots of options and while it is not 5 star, it is definitely one of my favourites, and has the cleanest bathrooms in Westchester. As a side note, they have two televisions and are willing to put on whatever game I want to watch, if needed.“
“FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, SOUP, APPETIZERS, COMBOS WITH SHRIMP, CHICKEN WINGS AND FRIED RICE. EVERYTHING WAS FRESH EVEN THE FOOD DEEP FRIED.GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED.REMINDED ME OF FOOD FROM CHINA TOWN IN MANHATTAN.“
“I am certainly praising the staff for absolutely ? % ,for their way of working hard to fulfill their goals of taking care of the customers. Always polite, efficient, respectful, clean and their food is definitely delicious. Recommend everyone to continue purchasing their meals there. Jen is #1 in my book! Beautiful employee. Much ❤️.“
“Today is 10.21.23 I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for months now and everytime i cheat on them I regret it. Overall this is the best Chinese spot in south Yonkers when it comes to customer service and food. The Asian lady that answers the phone is always laughing and warm. She doesn’t rush you off the phone like the other spots and she actually listens! In my book that’s a win win. When you order chicken wings, they are actual wings lol not small or mediocre like what the other spots try to feed you and thankfully they are not over cooked or burnt. I’m not sure what’s going on with the other reviews but try it for yourself.“
“Ordered delivery from them twice. Both times, the food has been prompt, hot, and delicious! This place is legit. Reminds me of some of my favorite classic Chinese restaurants back in LA Chinatown.Great pricing and portion sizing.Love #106 Hunan Pork. Great spice level.“
“Good Chinese restaurant with plenty of options at an affordable price. Ever since Woodstock Wok closed on Palisade Ave (1 min walk from my house), this has been my families go to. It's definitely A but further but they do deliver so it's all good. Sesame chicken dinner, steamed dumplings, and crab Rangoon are my favorites“
“This is my go-to Chinese Fast Food Restaurant. I have been going to them for years and the food is always great. The staff is very friendly and the food is prepared quickly. Highly recommended for those in the area craving good Chinese Food.“
“Braised pork on rice had very small slices of pork belly. A layer of sauce on BOTH the top and bottom of the rice, which was smart. The garnishes of steamed broccoli and half egg (cold) were uninspiring. Pretty bowl, but the amount of food was not worth $9.95.“
“Best Chinese restaurant in Yonkers. I love their family pak deal. Food is always fresh and tasty. Plus the guy in the front has good customer service skills. Thank you for your service. But, please consider opening on tuesdays. Maybe not Monday ?♀️“

“Love this place. I’m only a few minutes away from them, and they have never been disappointed. The lady that takes the orders is super sweet. She always calls me sweetheart lol as someone who was not raised with much affection, that always makes me smile lol. good food and good people. You can never go wrong with that. The chicken and broccoli, fried chicken, rib tips, chicken fried rice, and steamed/fried dumplings are usually my go to. Haven’t had a complaint yet“
