One of the worst in Westchester County. Manager is extremely discriminate and they have just one employee with decent morale and courtesy.Parking: Needs a serious makeover. Potholes galore!
Staff is terrible at this location, Starting with The Oompa Loompa at the register. Not listening, missing items and rushing through is a norm here. This is why Starbucks will always win. This Franchise location is a bad look for Dunkin.

There at least 3 people that shouldn’t work here they can’t make drinks the right way ever and the light skin Spanish guy has an attitude like he hates life I seen him working for 8 years here and still can’t make a drink taste good and get mad when you tell him anything is wrong with your Order. When I now he is in there I won’t order to ovoid the headache. Everyone else is great!!
