“First of all, it was not only Easter Sunday but my birthday. I didn't want to go to Manhattan; I wanted a good Italian restaurant close by and this was by far the best pick that I could make. We started with Clams Casino and Clams Oreganato. They both were absolutely, fresh, tasty and we loved them both. I had the capellini with crabmeat and shrimp and I was so pleased with the taste of the creamy tomatoe sauce and the sweetness of the crab meat and delicate flavor of the shrimp. This pasta dish was superb. My husband ordered the Seafood Pescatore with linguine. He was enjoying the dish and all the seafood ; mussels, clams, calamari and shrimp were all tender, fresh and delicious. We ordered the creme brulee with blackberries and dragonfruit. What a wonderful burst of texture, creaminess and crunch of glazed sugar browned to perfection. We have found our Italian Cucina that will be our "go to" in Yonkers. Tutti a mangiare a tavola.“
“My husband and I had a little date night here during the Christmas season and it was quiet good! I work in the area so was pleasantly surprised to discover it was in my stomping ground.The booths were cozy and perfect for the occasion. The food was well seasoned and fresh. The service was decent..I would recommend it.“
“My husband and I went last night for dinner, and we cannot stop talking about how much we enjoyed it. First, they accommodated us quickly and made us feel welcome despite the fact that we arrived a little over 15 minutes late for our reservation; we were expecting to wait but they seated us right away. The atmosphere is soooo pretty with greenery and fun music playing.Now the food: My husband ordered a cocktail and I ordered wine and both came out promptly & were generous in size. While we waited for our food, we looked at the meals that were coming out of the kitchen and everything looked delicious! The serving sizes are VERY generous. My husband ordered the chicken parm vodka special and I ordered the ravioli and meatball. We easily could have split the chicken parm to share. It was easily one of our favorite meal experiences, as everything was made to perfection. For dessert we ordered the cheesecakes.. I have high expectations for cheesecake and theirs did not disappoint. We both left feeling stuffed but in the best way. No notes. 12/10.“

“Amazing old school place that helped earn NYC the reputation for great classic Italian food. Stick to the red sauce classics and you’ll surely enjoy. My wife got the Carbonara that was beautifully made and she really enjoyed. The portions were large enough for lunch leftovers the next day.“

“Came here on a busy Saturday night so I will say from experience make sure to make a reservation beforehand because if not you will wait awhile. The wait is worth it ! The food is absolutely amazing and fresh to order. The ambiance is lively and gives old school Italian restaurant vibes. Servers are friendly, attentive and quick. The food is rich, delicious and full of flavor. I ordered the lobster ravioli and baby shrimps in a brandy cream sauce which was decadent and flavorful. Portions are large (8 ravioli!). Would for sure come back :)“
“Very good food - not just Pizza, but real Italian cuisine. Really enjoy the classics like Chicken Parmigiana or Eggplant Rollatini. Good quality products. Affordable and you get a lot for your money ( enough to take home and enjoy again at home). Nice staff and I got to meet the owner - nice guy and will talk to his customers. Dont let the typical Pizzeria look fool you, its so much more (but you wont pay the expensive restaurant prices).“

Cooked right and the people here are always the nicest. “Omg. Left Yonkers 17 years ago. Stopped on our way home. Got some pizza and a couple of calzones. As amazing as it always was. Brought 2 calzones and a chicken Marsala roll home un heated for today. OMG Gonna stop on the way home all the time“

“Placed a lunch take out order from the restaurant recently. While looking at the menu I felt they were a little on the pricier side but decided to give them a shot. I ordered eggplant parmesan with spaghetti. My order was ready when I arrived and was so hot I could feel it through the bag. When I got home I couldn't believe how much food I had! There was a complete tin of eggplant parmesan covered in cheese and a tin full of spaghetti - enough for at least three servings. They also threw in some soft Italian bread which was warmed just by being the bag with the food lol. Everything was delicious! The only negative I could give is that the spaghetti could have a little bit more sauce on it but other than that it was delicious! Definitely worth the money considering the portions and I will by back!“
“Visited this restaurant a few days ago. Food was very good & everyone was very nice. It's important to me that these two check the box. I was a little hesitant to try because of past experiences. (Different owners)I had soup & they give you what they call pizza bread. So very good! It reminded me of bread my Dad would make many years ago.We also had a slice of grandma's pizza with pepperoni, drizzled with honey, among other things. Burst of flavor!I wish them the best! Looking forward to going again.“
“This place is a real neighborhood gem. It’s the first place we think of when we are craving home cooked Italian food. It feels so cozy. Their dishes are so special, their homemade bread is THE BEST, their pizza is so flavorful (my boyfriend calls their Sicilian “flavor clouds” hahaha). Every time we go we feel so taken care of by the staff. Places like this are a rarity nowadays and I feel lucky to have them so close by.“

“I found this place on google and went with my 10 year old son who’s a picky eater. Let’s just say he loved the pizza and so did I. I also had the garlic knots and they were so soft and you can tell they were freshly made. “Really good crust and dough made is fantastic! Pizza was crispy on bottom which I like. Dough has low yeast taste and sauce slightly tangy but good. Cheese was okay I peeled off and ate w sauce and slice and was a good slice! Cost less than $3 slice. 8.5/10“
“I just had a party and midland pizza I had 12 people I have to say the food and the service was amazing. Our waiter pasty did a hell of a job. Nobody’s glass was empty. He was constantly up with the table everybody how it they wanted. The food was phenomenal, I had the shrimp scampi. The sauce was so amazing, tasty and wasn’t greasy. I used the bread to clear up my plate, the sauce was THAT good.
