Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility can be very tight. I have been to many Panera Bread locations. Often it’s possible to find at least one spot near the front but often they’re also taken or there is very little space around the wheelchair so it becomes an inconvenience for the other patrons. Panera has the best soups. The bistro French onion, tomato, and cheddar broccoli are my favorites. This particular panera in bay plaza happens to have the best service. They are always friendly, welcoming, and kind.

Panera bread food is always good however, the wait time was about 30 minutes to receive my order here at this location. Only two people working the kitchen on a busy day. Lost my appetite waiting for the food to come out. My friend ordered a sandwich and they only have him half of it and told him to come back for the other half later.
