I want to preface this review by by making clear that this concerns the new store in North Canton. Unfortunately, my experience with the food at that location has colored my opinion of the chain as a whole. One of the employees that works register aggressively handed me my drink and it did not have its lid on it, and the drink spilled all over me and my work clothes and she looked at me and said, “Oh, you spilled it.” And I asked her for napkins and told her, “No, you didn’t put the lid on correctly.” And she rolled her eyes at me and walked away and laughed at me with her coworkers that work the assembly line which was a tall man. I lived in Philadelphia for two years...The bread is too thin. The meat is not the quantity or quality for the price.Onlt average... However I also think D'Alessandro's in Philly is not worth it either.
