We were at Gardners during the pie sale before Thanksgiving this year. We waited 2.5 hours, But as many cars as there were there I'm surprised we wasn't there 5or6 hours. The one problem was cars were coming in through the side streets and people were letting them in instead of them going to the back of the line. These side streets should be blocked for the day, or cars only allowed to go away from the pie factory, instead of jumping in line. All in all, even though we waited...read full review
Gardner Pie is the bomb! They make some great pies and for prices that are less than my homemade. The Apple Walnut is my favorite, but also the Blueberry, and the Cherry, and the Chocolate Cream, and the Triple Berry, and ... Just go there and get pies!

So, my wife and I have been coming to this factory now for a few years. We have seen the same staff year after year, so that speaks well to their turn over. The pies are the best pies we have ever had, except for the pumpkin pie. I am not sure why but the pumpkin pie is very ordinary. It is not bad, but when all of their other pies taste so amazing, the pumpkin stands out due to its normalcy.
