The kiosks at this location had a glitch, but there was this fantastic employee (who seemed like a manager) who took the time to explain the system and how to avoid said glitch in the future. She was super friendly and ended up giving me my coffee for free! And when I finally was driving off, she smiled waved at me! Talk about going the extra mile! There were egg shells in the eggmcmuffin. Mgr said sorry. ? this store needs someone who can whip it into shape...slow service and food is wrong many times. Wrong drink poured. Clean, but if you go into dine, expect long waits, as one person was handling the inside counter and servicing customers who were struggling with the new self service kiosk. After 5 minutes of waiting at the counter, without even a greeting , I left. As a former employee, I know better.
