The food was delicious, as usual. Customer service was lacking. There were cash registers open at the front of the store, but nobody was at them. I saw several employees standing back by where the meals were put together at another set of registers. They were standing there talking with each other while we waited at the front for someone to take our order. That definitely affected the overall feeling of being comfortable.
It’s almost 5pm on 10/14 at the Montrose location and I’m incredibly impressed with the young men that helped me. They were very kind and did everything they could to help me even though they were short staffed. Treat those boys right, they came in to help out their job today.

The service workers are very nice here even when stressed with minimal staff. The food is always okay, typically fresh and good but a bit on the pricier side. The atmosphere today was busy and chaotic with lots of rude patrons.
