I have never, not once since Rally's stopped the 30 second timer or its free thing, had a pleasant or good experience at any Akron Rally's. The last time I was there was a disaster and the woman should Not still have a job, yet does somehow. Anyway, the young man who waited on myself and granddaughter tonight was very courteous, had a smile, was efficient and seemed glad to have a job. I am not a regular customer of Rally's, but the food was good, especially their fries and banana shake. Service is a little slow, but I would rather have nicely prepared food, with the correct cibdinenrs than a sloppy rush job. I know where to get good late night food with a smile.

Can't really rate the atmosphere because we didn't go in I just went through the drive through and get an ice cream cone for me and Chloe. Usually I monitor how fast she eats it .. but I think she got brain freeze for the first time today... she actually backed off and looked kind of bewildered?
