I had the New York corn beef, she had the regular, we waited 3 minutes to get a HOT,HUGE, sandwich, pleasant staff, fast service ( it was lunch time…there was a line) I think the ONLY thing that would make this place better is a few tables. “I'd say over the last 6 months the quality of the food and the cleanliness has improved dramatically. Most certainly the new management has taken the responsibility of this place serious and you can tell with your friendly attitude. I for one like the pre-order my things so I try to order ahead and it's always ready on time and fresh and hot. Another important factor is a bathrooms are clean and so is the dining facility. Definitely a good spot to take your family too. Or border online to be delivered or pick up.“
“My first time to any Mr. Hero. I chose the Canton Rd location. Absolutely great. The food was fresh and very nicely made. The girl who took our order was super pleasant. And the cook did an awesome job. I'll be a returning customer for sure.“
“Haven't had a bad experience after a good handful of times ordering ahead. Their sandwiches are pretty darned good. I definitely do not put Jersey Mike's in the fast food category. More aligned with Subway, except at Jersey Mike's you get a nice amount of meat without having to pay for double-meat.“

“I like many don’t find myself at subway nearly as often as I did pre-5 dollar foot long. The sandwich that I ate today was a much improved quality over the $5 phase, but it was many times more expensive. The roast beef ability tasted like a quality lunch meat. I would do it again. 1 ding on the service because the man working cashier left me standing at the cash register unattended while he went back to wash dishes.“

“Think of this as Subway for pitas, only much better. Personally, I love the fact that they have multiple vegetarian/vegan options, including labeling which sauces are free of gluten, dairy, etc. Also, you can get smashed avocado on your pita for no additional cost (at this location, some differ). At Subway, that is a $2 upcharge.I first fell in love with Pita Pit in college, 20+ years ago, and now I go there because it is that rare restaurant with healthy and tasty options.Vegetarian options: I believe they have four vegetarian pitas: falafel, black bean patty, beyond meat, and hummus. Plus tons of fresh vegetables, and the sauces are labeled, if you want that to be vegetarian as well.“

“I would have to say this location was a decent subway to visit and dine in. The staff working was nice and fast paced in getting customers orders made and rang up as well as paying attention to details. We showed up here around 1210 for lunch. Dine in was welcomed. And the area was clean. Made lunch that more enjoyable to eat and sit for a bit while there. Also felt the items available for our sandwich choices were fresh. And all soda options were available and not watered down. The only area I did not visit was the restroom. If you like subway here is a good location to get it from“
“This is one of the redecorated modern Subway restaurants. Very clean, very bright. Food was as expected for a Subway. Service was good.Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“
“I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“

He was super personable and made me laugh- important in the service industry where right now people are overworked/understaffed & come off as rude. Tom worked quickly and the sub was still top tier. The store was busy and he was handling it all smoothly. Will return when I’m craving subway.“
“I usually don’t rate chain restaurants but this subway stands out from most. Firstly all the ingredients were fresh and very neat, it didn’t give you that sat out for hours vibe. Both workers I spoke with were very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, this was hands down the cleanest subway I’ve ever been in.“

My daughter has been vegetarian for over a year and finding places where she feels comfortable ordering from a menu is rare at least in our area. I can't wait to take her here! Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Selected the corned beef with The Summit, so good. Hubby had the French dip and he said it was great. Both of us had a bowl of soup.
