Disappointed. There were 4 of us. My meal was served cold. The fettuccine Alfredo was cold, the chicken parm was warm and the lasagna only warm in the middle. Nothing was hot. Husbands dish was warm but not hot. Myself and the woman who got fettuccine, asked for it to be back up. Hers came out, looking hot, but was warm. Mine was returned, and the same. Slightly warm and cold, but still not appropriate temperature. Our server was not rude, but you could see that she was annoyed.
Food is very good, I would recommend.Been here many times and service always seems to be a bit under par, staff is always pleasant but we should not have to ask for drink refill, bread or butter, etc. multiple times over and finally get it the third time. I know staff is busy and i accessthe situationbefore making judgment, and I could let a time or two slide but this happens almost every time we visit. Went today for a quiet birthday with my friend. Cynthia was our server. A tad Rocky start that turned into a nice time. We had gluten-free spaghetti with meatballs cooked perfect. I am surprised the inside is really run down. We can overlook that as long as the food continues good. But turn the heat on. Thanks
