no true table service anymore.. there are two touch screens at the front you place your order on, sit down, and they call out your name when it's ready. Some would bring it to the table if they knew whose it was, others would just throw it on the counter like 'ORDER FOR JOE' than turn around and walk away. Not very clean. Steak and Shake isn't what is used to be. Food was okay i guess b lots of better options nearby!
the food is always good but everytime I order them on doordash , gribhub, etc. they do not complete my order. I rather get a burger with nothing on it. or a combo with no drink or fries. they need to do better or hire some folks that will.

Got a Frisco Melt, fries, and a peanut butter shake, with the GF getting a regular steakburger combo and banana shake. Food came out fast and hot with the shakes soon after, and it tasted great! The only thing of note is that ordering is by kiosk only, but are able to accept both card and cash.Kid-friendliness: On my visit the child to adult ratio was about even, with the children enjoying their child size menu options as well!
