Love this place!!! Please remember places can be short staffed during these times and require patience. Every worker here is so kind and welcoming. Boba tea was so good (strawberry) and when I had questions about the menu, the host answered all of them with honest answered and i ended up making the best choice! Food was phenomenal and i highly recommend this place!!! Will come again.

Let me start off by saying this was one of the strangest experiences I've had in a long time. I made a reservation on Open Table at Bann Thai on Monday, February 26. I read the reviews and was excited to try a new restaurant with a friend. I love Thai food so I was really looking forward to it. I confirmed the reservation during the week and even shared it with my friend. This Friday evening, March 1, was the dinner and my friend arrived there before me. She arrived early and I was 3 minutes early for our 7pm reservation. She sent a message while I was looking for parking that the restaurant did not have the reservation. When I went into the restaurant, I showed the young man that was dressed in regular clothes like he had just rolled out of bed that indeed I had made a reservation on Open Table. He said he would check with the manager named Dee about it. He went upstairs and then came down and said the restaurant doesn't use Open Table and couldn't issue me any points. This was so odd. Luckily there were a couple tables available. It is very small inside so I was surprised this was the case on a Friday evening so my friend and I stayed and had dinner. The food was decent. It was a bit loud due to the numerous people coming in and out to pick up food and there were times I couldn't hear her very well. I ordered a Pinot Grigio but strike 2 they were out of it. Things were not off to a great start. I thought maybe this may be a new restaurant that just opened as everything seemed so disorganized but when I asked the bartender she said no it was not and it was her first day. As there wasn't a true waiter or even a manager around the whole experience felt off. While we were finishing our dinner we heard a strange loud rumbling noise. It happened a few times. I looked at my friend and we both agreed it was time to go. Overall I can't say I will ever return due to the strange experience. I hope they can turn things around otherwise they will lose customers and business.

Favorite Thai food in Stark! Dairy free coconut ice cream is UNBELIEVABLE. It’s a must. Server was fun & personable, and also busting his tail hosting and serving! Very accommodating when it comes to food allergies or other dietary concerns. Make a reso on the weekends as they can get busy.

It is always a nice experience to eat at Bann Thai. The food is great! Our waiter Jayden is always friendly and personable. And the owner tries to stop by our table to talk and share interesting stories. The atmosphere is cozy. The decor has interestng things to see from Thailand. I would recommend making a reservation for their busier nights. Relax and enjoy!

3 times in a row. Server drops menu (with a bit of an attutude) then disappears. 3 other tables...none have water after 15 minutes. Oh wait...18 minutes and water arrived...just not at our tableYou are lucky if your order gets taken after waiting 30 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for such bad service. Mediocre food. Will never return to this place.
You’d never think that you’d get excellent Thai food at prices from before 2021 inflation, located in the middle of near nowhere in northeast Ohio, but this place was a huge, pleasant surprise. If anyone is near this place when they want great food, this is definitely the place.

The gentleman at the front door greeted us and made us feel like family. Came here with no expectations, but wow! The food is delicious and the presentation is out of this world. The prices are very, very reasonable. If this was located in the Belden Village area it would be easily have prices 30% higher. I highly recommend trying out Bann Thai.
