Just tried the lobster seafood salad sub at the Alliance location. It was delicious. Had a nice seafood flavor with just enough mayo without being too much. We will definitely getting it again. Nice option for Lent.

The food was good fast and fresh as is my experience at most Jimmy Johns locations and the atmosphere was as good as they usually are but could have been cleaned up a bit. The service at this JJ's always seems to be grumpy or like mad your there. So smile alot and hopefully you'll see a cheerier side to their staff that I haven't had the pleasure of.

They were fine...i ordered the Italian sub, but, it doesn't come with Italian dressing & they do not offer the option to toast it. It comes with mayonnaise on it, the bun seems dense (good taste) non absorbing, therefore the 2x I've tried this for lunch, the mayo & lettuce were all over my shirt.

This is a review I do not like writing. Jimmy John's is my favorite place in the world for subs. However the one in Alliance, Ohio has not been so good lqately. The food is still great, but the service through the drive-thru is atrocious and slow. First you can hardly hear the person on the inside through the speaker. In addition, my last three visits have been disappointing as each time they have managed to get my sandwich completely wrong. This is not what I have experienced in the past at other Jimmy John's nor is it what I expect from Jimmy John's. Come on people we can do better.
