The French onion soup is good, but for croutons, I received 4. Definitely not like it's pictured on the website. Four little lonely croutons aren't enough for the price.

Ask the server if they have fish she said no. We have tuna and that is like fish.

Great place for lunch...if you like soup and sandwiches. Dinner is the same menu. I eat what tastes good and, since the soup is made daily and the sandwiches are made fresh, this is a great place to be.

Sorry for the low rating but the last 3 times I’ve been in I haven’t gotten my bread bowl because they ran out. And twice never received my refund for it. Should be better prepared for the day so that 2 hours before close your not running out of food.

I'm becoming anti panera. Prices are obscenely high, salt content in food is way too high. Not healthy. And don't get me started on the charged lemonade. You're risking your health. Come clean, panera.

It was way too expensive for what a person orders. I'm very disappointed. Cold soup ? cold coffee ☕️ soup quantity was sad.

I get the Broccoli Cheese Soup all the time. This was watered down.Bad enough to pay high prices for a bowl of soup , it better be good. Not this time.

Won't ever get this suburban hipster fast food again. Lil ceasers pizza tastes better and is cheaper than their overpriced flatbread that tastes exactly like a frozen store pizza. The coffee is child size yet priced the exact same as the largest size at the other coffee places in town. I did like the soup but the portion was so small I am left still hungry. Thought I would at least try but I am disappointed.

Every time we go there the service is terrible. The staff acts high and can't get orders right. Gave us the wrong order and was confused when we told them. Just went through and they missed an item. It's ridiculous.

the food was delicious. the lady who gave me my food was such a sweetheart. she had glasses on and her hair was in a braid. the two stars are because she was the only one physically working. i was in the line for about 20/30 minutes (i know things get busy but that clearly wasn’t the issue here). the person in front of me sped out as things were taking too long. but that’s because poor girl was doing damn near everything by herself. i saw two employees go to the drink dispenser and fill up their OWN drinks, take sips and walk to the back instead of helping this girl. there were three cars behind me. i’m not sure if anyone was inside waiting on food. but one other guy was messing around instead of helping out. like i said, food was wonderful and the ladies customer service was perfect considering how stressed out of her mind she looked running back and forth to take peoples orders over the intercom and making peoples food while her other employees filled up their own drinks, messed around, and talked in the back.
