Great food at reasonable prices.This place was recommended by 2 young workers at a nearby gas station as we were on our way to a hotel in the area.With every imaginable fast food and national chain restaurant on the main road through Alliance, Ohio, I'm so glad we listened to the locals.The portabello ravioli with homemade sauce and meatballs was exceptional, the grilled pork chops were bone sucking good, and the hamburgers are big and juicy.We got there after 8pm and the dining room was packed with regulars.This place is a hidden gem.Kid-friendliness: The hostess and our waitress were exceptionally kind to our 6 year old grandson.They engaged with him and allowed him to "help" them by having him stir the chocolate syrup in his milk.They spoke to him every trip to the table.
Nice people - great service. I love when the servers let you know what's made fresh. We really wanted to try the steak and gnocchi but we knew that was too much for a late dinner. I ordered a lovely sangria made in-house, and the rigatoni with meatballs. It was a great value for $10 and came with a salad and plenty of bread. For a $1 upcharge you can get house-made blue cheese dressing. It was good. And I love getting a beet slice and onions on my salad. My sister got the lasagna and enjoyed it as well. I wish I had read the reviews earlier to know to order extra meat sauce and cheese. But still a good value. I definitely will go back. The business is almost 100 years old so it's definitely got an old school vibe, but the dining room gives you plenty of elbow room.

Went out on a limb and tried the frog legs. They were fantastic. Service was good. Waitress recommended the frog legs sautéed, they didn’t disappoint had an awesome seasoning on them. The came with spaghetti. It was also very good. Can’t wait to go back!

Good Italian restaurant! Just about everything is homemade and a good selection to choose from. Service is good even when they are busy with the locals. The atmosphere is not so appealing but that is ok, the food is good and reasonably priced. They also have a bar and take-out.
