Got there at 5:40 wanted to order and pay with cash. I was informed by the 1(only) person working that he could not take my order as the cashier was on break and he could not take cash orders. At approx 6 pm the manager ( Dreena ) came out of the back room, I asked if she could take my order as I was paying cash. She mumbled something unintelligible and went back into the back room. I waited until 6:10 pm for cashier to come back. The manager needs written up at the very least
I'm on the Ohio Turnpike, Vermillion Plaza. Want Burger King for supper. I only had cash. Took 10 minutes for any of the employees to acknowledge I was there and only because I had to call out to someone. So they had people in the back and people bagging other orders, but no one was working the register. No one else could work the register, because the person that was on the cash drawer was on break.I'm a truck driver and don't have time to wait 30 minutes for someone to get done...read full review
Cashier was great. Clean seating area. This is at a rest area. The kitchen however at a very busy time with several people in the back didn't have the eggs prepared for the breakfast sandwiches. The one girl preparing Hillary's out for eggs at least three times before they were brought up. Waited for a good 15 minutes.For a somewhat warm sandwich!
