Terrible process for pick up! I knew it would be a busy day, ordered ahead online, received a noticed order was ready. When I arrived to pick up there was 20 people in a line that was not moving! 20 min later I finally made it up front to be told it would be another 10 min at least! I showed that the online tracker showed order was ready and basically got a shrug and "yeah we are behind, you have to wait in Line" why does your tracker say ready? Visiting the area for work I was looking for local eats. This website's photos looked not great for the pizza. I decided to give it a shot anyway, and I'm so glad I did. I went with the Sicilian and it was delicious. So much in fact I ended up having it again later in the week. Sometimes their website has coupon specials for pick up, so look into that!

Place an order over the phone from home, waited 15 minutes before I left, drove there and waited in the lobby for an additional 30 minutes!! No one knows what's going on in there I'll go elsewhere.
