When I first went, my sub was very messed up, the majority of the vegetables weren’t even in the bread, but in the paper. Plus the bread wasn’t even cut in half. After I went back and mentioned the issue, Darcy not only made me a new sandwich, but apologized for the other employees mistake. Darcy was phenomenal and extremely helpful.
Subway located inside Avon Oh Wal-Mart. I asked for salted pretzel. Is was so greasy. I asked for cheese dip. Cashier told me that they did not have cheese but they did have napkins and handed me some. What the.... !! Rude customer service. No next time here ??
