The staff is very nice and polite. Food comes out pretty quickly and is always hot. I forget that there is a drive through, but that's always an option if you're in a hurry. During my last visit ½ of the tables were dirty and the trash was full, so I'm not sure what happened. It used to be immaculately clean.
The good: every time I go here, everyone I interact with is amazing! Friendly, smiling, as it is supposed to be. Inside is clean, service is very quick and always accurate. I had a 10" italiano, large fry, 2 large cheese sauce. $14 and change. Pretty spot on.The bad: well, nothing!People complaining about the price and calling it 'fast food' are crazy! Fresh ingredients, friendly people, at a fair price. Find all of that at fast food.

Any of the burger and sandwich joints don't compare to MR HERO. food is always made to order and hot ! I moved to Southern Ohio and sadly there aren't any locations near me. But always stop at one when visiting the N.E.They need to expand! Roman Burger is a must try.
