This is the best subway in Cleveland!! I came here at almost 1am on Friday. Everything was available (I thought it would be some restrictions due to it being late), the bread was very fresh and even though it was extremely late the guy making my sub was very welcoming and friendly. Adriana was the only employee there for 3.5 hours. Her replacement never showed up. She handled the line with dexterity and kindness. 4 stars instead of 5 because management seriously needs to step their game up. Adriana you go girl

The young man working the counter on 8-10-2023 at 5:30 PM deserves a raise. He was a young, black gentleman. He was very attentive to what I asked for, very, very polite and the type of employee anyone should beg for. That was so refreshing. I really hope he is blessed.
