I wish I had an option of either a credit or having an actual refund, because I would prefer having a refund for an item that I paid for and did not receive. It already costs more to have it delivered, let alone not receiving what I ordered and then not receiving a refund. I had a pickup order with a promise time of 5:50 PM. It wasn't handed to me until 6:06 pm.The order line wasn't even particularly busy, and I counted 5 people milling in and out of the back.I don't think I need to say anything else. Pick literally any other location if you want to pick up through the app.

I'd avoid this one. They are giving you very little meat, tons of rice and sour cream. Unless you want your cream and rice with a garnish of meat and beans, I'd go to another chipotle.
