My husband and I stopped in there for lunch on a Saturday. Food was good, restaurant is clean, employees were nice. However, a couple days later I realized they charged us twice for our meal. I called three separate times, even making sure to avoid calling during lunch, asking them to reverse one of the charges. I enjoy Five Guys; it's a great burger joint! They use peanut oil though.The fries are always overflowing and they have a coke freestyle machine which is nice!It's always a longer wait than I expect which is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The food is what you would expect. It's decent. However, I hadn't been there in a long time, and was blown away by the menu prices when we went the other day! There are several sit-down restaurants with better food at more reasonable prices.
