8:20 PM on a Saturday night, salad bar was already shut down - I guess everybody wanted to leave early. After taking our order the waitress says, "It should be out in about 15 minutes, but I don't know, depends on what they are doing back in the kitchen." There were only 2 other families in there, so it's not like they were busy, other than maybe trying to get the place to where they could all leave as soon as possible.
