My food was hot and it looked like the photos on the menu board. The service was friendly and fast. Good location and easy access.Parking: There is a large parking lot behind the restaurant if you need to park large vehicles. It is easy to walk to the restaurant and there are plenty of lights in the parking lot.
Idk what his name was I forgot to ask but the guy at the register with the dreads kinda blue at the end was very helpful and you could tell he knew what he was doing food was also very

Wendy's on E.Wooster, BG is terrible. No customer service skills, poor food. Baconator fries were cold, whimpey, tough. Chili was only half full and slopped all over container and bag. No receipt given and cashier had trouble giving change back. One of the poorest Wendys around. Called manager, he had no comment or didn't he say sorry for poor experience.
