The food is wonderful, and then as you learn more about the owners you realize they truly love and support the community as a whole... along with OTHER restaurants! If you're passing through, or a local, you HAVE to go to the Brookville Grille.”

“I placed an order for the Super Bowl pretzel pack. When arriving to pick up the pretzel pack, it was waiting and ready to go out the door. The staff was very friendly and inviting! A lot of family and other employees working together and helping get their pretzels out the door and to their customers’ Super Bowl parties! We also ordered pretzels for a birthday party a few months ago, through Mar•chele, and it went over very well! Everyone was asking when we were getting pretzels again?! A great business, with a great product!”

This is our dinner destination when we go into Dayton for evening entertainment.My husband loves everything he has eaten.The atmosphere is dated but is clean and is fairly priced. “My husband and I were dropping our niece off in New Lebanon. We had some time to kill and decided to go for some coffee. I just happened to find this place via Google. This place may not look like much from the outside but looks can be deceiving.We were pleased to be greeted by some wonderful staff. Also, the fact that they share scriptures not only on the accent wall but in a little basket for your taking. We have a coffee shop in our town that also is a Christian based coffee shop that we love. One thing our coffee shop at home could learn from Hip-Stirs is the personalization of scriptures on index cards available to take. We would recommend and will be returning at some point.”

“Overall Really enjoyed this place. Food is good staff is friendly it's really great. Wasn't sure if it was one of those wait to be seated or seat yourself type deals but figured it out. Only complaint was that it does tend to get overly noisy. U will have a group come in and be super loud next to you and then the music gets turned on louder than the group so you can't hear anyone at your own table. But overall great. I will for sure be returning”

“I went to restaurant on 11/21/23 at 1700 food was ? great, pork and veggies super spicy ?, wonton soup, spicy pork fried rice ? ? they served me a good amount of food, the lady cashier and the cook made me feel like home, they were very nice.Thank ”

“The food was great but I feel bad for the staff. It looks like they are stuck using pen and paper for everything, and it doesn't appear they have proper POS systems. When everything is manually resolved, it takes longer without automation which impacts the customer. All in all not a bad waffle house ”

“The ice cream is really good. It's another combo with a restaurant like Taco Bell and Long John Silver's. The closest DQ is in Englewood from here, so this is closer! There isn't as great a selection. You will find the taste really rich and satisfying. Looking for a quick treat? Right here it is.”

“Hit the drive thru about 6:30p and no wait to order, pulled to window and greeted by friendly staff. Wait was about 5 minutes, I think it was fries and cheese sticks that created the wait BUT I'd rather have hot food than cold so really no complaints. Store appeared clean and no other issues. Overall positive experience.”

“This is the closest Hardee's to us. We have stopped here a few times. The food is always good. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and he got the Frisco burger. At this visit the get it yourself drink machine was down and the tables needed cleaning. The girl that waited on us was nice. We even had hot fries (plus). It is in with a gas station so it's small. But don't let that stop you. They have a drive-thru too.”

“First time at Tik Takos..just opened in Brookville. The restaurant is small and cute. Not a lot of seating. We got ours to go. We each got a taco and a burrito. The taco had radishes, which was fun & unexpected. The burrito was good. Not as big as one you might get at chipotle but bigger than Taco Bell. It was kinda pricey. $11 for a burrito..but I was hungry..and it was cold..and raining..and late. Comfort food for the win.”

He makes up excuses.Assistant manager needs replaced. He wants to argue.Workers need replaced. It takes 5 minutes to make a Single.If you go inside, it takes 15 minutes.Building needs replaced. It has been there decades.Hey, i know a great place for a new restaurant.”

Gave great recommendations and was completely open to any future ideas for flavors. 10/10 I will be going back there and recommend it to anyone else too.Kid-friendliness: Chef zay was interactive with my kids, talking to them when they were excited about how good the food is, and talking about what flavor cookies were their favorite.”

In addition to sweet treats, the shop offers specialty coffee, teas and gifts. There is ample, easy street parking.I took a Christmas cookie decorating class on 12/21. All the supplies were provided, including a great box for transporting my creation home. Our teach was patient and kind and the pace of the class was perfect. I can’t wait to take another class here!Kid-friendliness: This class was geared toward children. The kids in attendance ranged in age from 4th to 6th grade. Everything was age-appropriate and very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: No step entrance, wide aisles and doors, accessible seating.”

“We found Home Sweet Home online while traveling in the area and decided to give it a try. i had the Frisco burger and it was cooked to perfection and tasted great. It was served with lots of great tasting crinkle fries. My wife had the pan seared cod with green beans. The cod tasted as close to fresh caught as she's had so far inland. The green beans were seasoned with ham and onions. Everything tasted fantastic!Ted was our waiter. He and the rest of the staff were really good and accommodating to us and the locals. The place was still really busy at 7 pm when we got there. Great sign of a great restaurant, staff and especially the chef! I definitely recommend it, and we'll be back!Parking: They're in a strip mall, there's car parking and more parking in the large lot to pull in any size trailer like we did. The large lot was for a old Kmart that was over a ways converted to a beautiful storage place, which looked closed and no cars at that time. I'd say pull in what you want.”

“Solid, old school diner. Probably what the Waffle House was before it became a massive chain. Small place, maybe 10-15 counter seats, five or six booths and four or five tables. Daily specials and a decent menu with breakfast served anytime. Kitchen area is directly on the other side of the counter, you can watch the cook do his thing. Handwritten daily specials on the blackboard.My Spicy Puppy burger was excellent - loved the spicy sauce that was on it - and my crinkle cut fries were perfect. They stayed hot almost the entire time I was eating my burger. The wife grilled turkey was very good as well and her tater tots were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.Wait staff was excellent, stayed on top of things and very friendly even though we were very obviously not regulars. Certainly an off-the-beater-path local place.If you like diners and are in the area, this is your place.Parking: More than enough spots in the lot with extra on-street parking on the street.”

“Was given positive information on Clark's Pizzeria in West Milton by a friend. Decided to give it a try. Called to place a pickup order. By the time I drove there, my order was only about 3 minutes from being completed. Very friendly. Saw the owners working the business.Got the food home and prepared for some deliciousness. The pizza was very good. I do know now that I will have to order extra sauce next time, as it didn't have nearly enough for my likes. My wife loved that all the ingredients were cut into tiny pieces, as that is how she likes it best.Will be back in the future, but again, I'll have to order with extra sauce because I didn't feel there was enough and it affected my flavor pallette. 4⭐”

“We stop here on every road trip west from East Coast to Mid-West. So not often but consistency is solid and one can get a healthy meal on the road. Desserts are very tempting. If you are worried about COVID or the like this is not a mask wearing community. Antique shop is a browser’s delight.”
