I mistakenly made my sandwich platter order for the wrong day and was in a panic when I went to pick it up and realized that. They instantly said no problem just give us a few mins, and made it right then and there for me. Thank you for showing that great customer service and kindness still exists!!
I have placed ordered with this Jimmy John's many times. The last two times I've ordered from them the order has been missing something. Last time it was; they didn't cut my sandwich in half, no napkins, and no mayo packets. Today's order was simple, sandwich, chips, napkins, mayo packets. It arrived and once again, no napkins, no mayo packets. Might not seem like a lot, but when anyone spends money they should get what was asked for. That's all.
