“Good food, been here few times and will keep going. Only thing is the service/waitress/waiter are so busy they never come around to see if you need anything, you literally have to wave them down!Parking: They have good parking but because it's so busy on weekends and during dinner time it's hard to find parking spot and always a wait time to be seated.“
“The young woman with blonde braids who made mine and my father's sandwiches was an absolute sweetheart and she was very personable when we asked questions! Do whatever you can to keep her, she's such an angel! Got home and ate my burrito and it was the greatest Mexican food I've ever eaten! Anyone who says Chipotle is better is on something. ??♀️Vegetarian options: You don't need to add meat at all and they won't force you! Plus the staff is very friendly if you ask about which ingredients are in what. ^^Kid-friendliness: My kid siblings felt very welcome and the one making our food, a young woman with blonde braids, was very sweet and accommodating!Dietary restrictions: Very adjustable, can remove things and add things as needed! I, myself, have a nut allergy and a seafood allergy and I felt very safe eating there!“
“It's Taco Bell - if you are expecting 5-star amenities, you'll be disappointed. However, as far as Taco Bells go, this particular location is always on point. My orders are always correct, food always hot and taste is always great. It's reliable, convenient, and (relatively) cheap. My only complaint is that they no longer sell Gorditas. Why? It's just an uncooked chalupa shell. I never understood that...“
“Delicious. I noticed when going in there the other day, I waited for service for a while and wasn't even acknowledged for a few minutes while they made take out orders. No big deal but from a customer service aspect they should probably greet me and say I will be with you in a moment. Besides that, they do a really good job.“
“Came through pretty late tonight, the girl working on the register, she told me her name starts with a D, for the life of me I just can’t remember it right now.Probably the sweetest women I’ve ever met, best customer service and vibe!! The two people working tonight were awesome despite being busy.“
“Medina is blessed to have 2 really good (authentic) Mexican restaurants. This is one of them. Fancy? No. But the food is crazy good. You will NOT go home hungry! My only warning: This place is popular, and busy. But it’s worth the wait. Friendly staff, great service.“
“The first 3 times I came in and had dinner, I'll be honest, I hated it. Food wasn't hot, it was eh boring. I came again recently and it was probably the 2nd best Mexican meal I've had anywhere. One thing that has been amazing each time is the salsa' phenomenal. The guac is so good as well. Being that we live 2 minutes away and it was so good this last time, we are going to come again. So good!Just wiah the service was better, not so friendly for a neighborhood restaurant.“
“The place was pretty busy and it seems like it has a good atmosphere. I had a takeout order which was missing part of it. It must have just been a miscommunication because I only was charged for one of the things that I preferred two of. The receipt didn't have what I ordered listed out so I didn't notice until I got home. The food was good I just would have preferred getting what I had planned on.“
“First time we visited the place, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was very quiet (it was early), the service was excellent, the waitress was very attentive, everyone who was in the restaurant at that time was very friendly. I recommend it ?“
“Went to celebrate my granddaughters birthday. The food was hot and delicious. The service was great. It was clean and the cost was reasonable. Good size portions. Lots of menu options.Kid-friendliness: Special kids menu for age 12 and under.“
