This location is the worst I’ve experienced in Columbus. They’re never properly staffed, which is of no fault of the people making the orders. They should stop offering delivery on their app and especially on DoorDash, because you may get it once in a blue moon. Everytime I come to this Jimmy johns my world gets a little brighter. Some how I always end up there when Chris is working and let me tell you that young man is so sweet! He’s patient and gives me suggestions when I’m indecisive. He’s funny and know how to keep a customer / worker conversation not be awkward. Whoever raised this young man need a pay on the back. I’ve been eating Jimmy John’s since 2008 across multiple states. This store is hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced. This last order, I’m finding random jalapeños and peppers on my sandwich (didn’t ask for them). I’ll be taking my business to the Pickerington location from now on. I’ve yet to have an issue there.
