Hated to drop my rating for this location, but if you're promised an order for pickup, then either you need to work with corporate for the times to be adjusted or acknowledge to customers it'd completely off. WAIT, WAIT... Oh, well, after spending more time than necessary, I asked about my order. Was told they don't use the pickup rack due to theft, but no signs or anything to indicate that. Not sure why I keep going. But i spend so much time in the drive thru line that I just pull off and my order is always wrong. I know they are short staffed so I guess I should stop going until they get more help.

My gosh can they not tell that they have put a stii chilled baget on your tray. Don't make me stop there, all the tables had 1/8 an inch of water/cleaner on them and benches were wet. Now I am glad they cleaned. But training is needed.Steak sandwich was tasty.
