Roman's Pizza Super Sub Shoppe

We went to Romans last night for some pizza. We've never been there and knew they had some mixed reviews. This is not a fancy building, I would classify this as a hole in the wall. The pizza was great! We met the new owner and he was very nice, even turned the hockey game on for us. Don't go here expecting anything fancy. This is a laid back place with good pizza. Simple as that.

This is a great little pizza place in Canal. My wife and I are both pizza snobs and we both really enjoyed the NY style which is kind of rare for us. We also saw this great blues rock duo called the Lews Brothers. They sounded great and were at a perfect volume for us to enjoy the music while still having a conversation without having to shout. Absolutely loved the pizza!! Even the pepperoni has it's own little zing! Perfect little pizza & pub, spot in downtown Canal Winchester! A "must" try!
