I ordered my food online on the subway app but went to go pick it up at this location and it was closed. I still can not get a hold of anyone at this location. I don’t have my money back or a credit. I can’t get a hold of anyone at subway corporate office either. I’ve sent out 3 emails to the customer service and no response. I am highly upset. How is this app able to take orders at this location when the location isn’t open.

We shop at this Walmart often, 1-2 times per week. Many times we stop in the subway as it's one of the healthier options around but it never fails, they are always out of something. One day it was tomatoes and lettuce, the next day it was garlic herbs and cheese bread. Today it was no bread at all at 1 pm. How can a sandwich shop have no bread? Stood at counter for about 4 minutes. One clerk sitting at table probably in break, other clerk was in kitchen. Called out 3 times and no response from either guy. Wont be back to this Subway in Canal Winchester Walmart.
