Ordered a spicy sandwich combo, mac and cheese, fries and coleslaw. One of the only places I will eat coleslaw at and the mac and cheese is amazing. The fries aren’t as good. Ordered for quick pickup. Scheduled for 5:00. Got there and said needed 20 minutes for extra crispy. Told them I'd come back. Went back at 5:20, said need 7 more minutes. Decided to wait in store. Girl came over, apologized, and said needed 15 more minutes. Ended up taking original recipe. Even though I had a long wait, they were very friendly about it. They did give me an extra piece.

I had to go back up there to get what I paid for. They need to be confirming the order with the customers and checking the bags before handing them out. They lack communication. Prices are way too high for this to keep happening. The bowls with the sides weren't full. So I paid high price for very little food
